Laser levels for partitions

Building a partition asks two things: a line on the floor and the same line transferred to the ceiling, exactly plumb. That is where a complete vertical 360° plane changes the work — the line runs up the wall, across the ceiling and back down the other side without you touching the instrument.

Models with three or four planes also let you set out two square partitions from a single set-up.
