Payment policy
At Grid & Gauge™ we use secure payment services so that buying is reliable and straightforward.
Accepted payment methods
- Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Carte Bancaire (CB) cards
- Apple Pay, on supported devices
All payments are taken in euros (€).
When the charge is taken
Payment is charged immediately when the order is confirmed. The order counts as confirmed only once payment has been accepted.
Payment security
Payments are handled through secure payment platforms that meet the security standards in force, in particular PCI-DSS. At no point does Grid & Gauge™ have access to your card details, which are handled directly by our payment providers.
Order confirmation
Once payment is accepted, a confirmation email is sent automatically. That email is the record of the transaction and of the order being taken.
Declined or failed payment
If payment is declined or fails, the order is not placed and no amount is taken. Check your card details or contact your bank before trying again.
Invoicing
After payment, an order confirmation serving as proof of purchase is sent by email. Billing details must be accurate and complete at the time of the order.
