Terms and conditions of sale
These Terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the Grid & Gauge™ site, operated by MZR CONSULTING.

2. Products and prices
The products offered are those presented on the Grid & Gauge™ site.
Prices are given in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed.
MZR CONSULTING reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one in force at the time of the order.
3. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full and entire acceptance of these terms.
An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment is made by payment card through a secure payment service.
The charge is taken when the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
5.1 Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number is sent to the customer by email.
5.2 Delivery times
Deliveries are made to nine countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.
The estimated time belongs to each product, because it depends on the warehouse it leaves from. It is shown on the product page, next to the price, in the form “In stock · Delivered between Tuesday 29 September and Tuesday 6 October · Shipping offered”.
That time is counted in working days from confirmation of payment. It is an estimate and may vary with the carrier, the destination or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
An order with several items may result in several parcels, leaving from different warehouses and arriving on different dates. Each consignment has its own tracking number.
5.3 Transfer of responsibility
Responsibility for the product passes to the customer when the parcel is delivered to the address given with the order.
6. Right to cancel
Under the legislation in force, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right to cancel.
To exercise this right, the customer must write to: contact@gridandgauge.fr
Products must be returned in their original condition. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
The refund is made within 14 days at most of the returned product being received.
7. Statutory guarantees
The products benefit from:
- the statutory guarantee of conformity
- the statutory guarantee against latent defects
8. Liability
MZR CONSULTING cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the products.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy available on the site.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
