Your tracking number is sent to you by email between 24 and 48 hours after your order is confirmed, once the parcel has left.
Where to find your tracking number
It is in the dispatch email, below the order summary. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder before writing to us.
Following the parcel
The number goes into the carrier's website named in the dispatch email. Orders leave with partner carriers, chosen by destination and by the kind of goods: the tracking link therefore belongs to each consignment separately.
Tracking has stopped moving
Tracking can sit still for a working day or two between scans, particularly over a weekend. Beyond that, write to us at contact@gridandgauge.fr with your order number: we open an enquiry with the carrier.
Nobody in at delivery
Depending on the carrier, the parcel is left in the letterbox or a card is left. How to collect it is set out on that card.
