Green laser or red laser

(1)

Green is easier to see with the naked eye, above all in low light. Red draws less current and costs less, and with a detector it does the same job: the detector does not look at colour, it reads the pulse.

The simple rule: indoors and by eye, green saves time; as soon as a detector enters the picture, colour stops being a criterion. The models in this section leave the choice open when you build the box.
